Point D'Entrecasteaux
Western Australia has
some of the most spectacular coastline in the
world. Point D'Entrecasteaux is one example of this overwhelming
natural beauty.
Point D'Entrecasteaux is one of the few places where the coastline of the D'Entrecasteaux National Park is accessible to 2WD. The area offers visitors a choice of interpretive walks and spectacular lookout points. Whales, pods of dolphins and shoals of salmon can regularly be seen from the lookout at Tookulup.
There are many interpretative signs exploring the aboriginal history and lifestyle. The sign above depicts the aboriginal annual seasons.
